TPO low-temperature polysilicon technology (LTPS for short),LTPS-TFT LCD has the advantages of high resolution, fast response, high brightness,high aperture ratio,etc.The more uniform grains of polysilicon (poly-Si) allow electrons to flow 100 times faster than they do through the random-sized grains of amorphous silicon (a-Si), the peripheral driver circuit can be integrated onto the glass substrate, to achieve the goal of system integration,save ***ce and save cost of drive IC. LTPS screen is produced by increasing the laser treatment process on the traditional amorphous silicon (a-Si) TFT-LCD panel,the number of components can be reduced by 40%, while the connecting portion can be reduced to 95%,thereby greatly reducing the product fails.This screen in the power and durability are greatly improved, the horizontal and vertical viewing angle can reach 170 degrees,response time up to 12ms, display brightness up to 500 nits, contrast ratio up to 500:1. With the advantages of high resolution, high color saturation and low cost,LTPS-TFT LCD is in hope to become a new generation of lcd.
